How you feel what you think at that moment and all these impulses are activations of wires (stress circuits) in our unconscious.

What the truth is is that everything I think feels and do (or play with an undesirable impulse), the product of activating a wire stored in my emotional brain is only activated. That’s correct; Our emotional brain and our unconscious control us – or at least you do it.
EBT is a neuroscientific ability to use therapists, but was also developed for them. It is self -care on brain sciences from the best.
EBT gives them the skills of going into their unconscious and controlling these wires. The main difference in the EBT is that cognitive methods do not change exceptional results to produce medically significant health.
