Liverpool-based Wongs Jewellers has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Retail, Hospitality and Leisure 2025 by Great Place to Work, marking the second consecutive year it has achieved the recognition.
The award was presented by Great Place to Work, a global workplace culture authority that surveys millions of employees annually.
The ranking is based on anonymous staff feedback across areas including trust, wellbeing, work-life balance and pride in the organisation.
Founded more than 45 years ago, Wongs is a family-run business with employees working across its Liverpool showroom, jewellery workshop and design and e-commerce teams.
The company said many of its staff have been with the business for several years, reflecting its emphasis on training, flexible working and open communication.
