This Quince Cardigan Might Be The Only One You Need
I’ve had a love affair with this cardigan from Quince for years. This is not new news, I even broke down the comparison between that and its similar Jenni Kayne counterparts back in 2023 and subsequently featured the cardigan again and again in articles. It became such a mainstay in my closet that, quite honestly, I hadn’t thought about a new cardigan or snooping around Quince for a long time.
But when this stunning cable cardigan came across my social media feeds around the holidays I audibly “oooed” and “awwed” over it. Could this sweater finally give a fresh spin on all my repeatedly worn cardigan outfits? Heaven knows I need a bit of an update.

Quince Does It Again: Why You Need Their Merino Wool Cable Cardigan
Quince’s Australian Merino Wool Cable Collared Cardigan is just as pretty in person as I’d hoped it would be. Erase whatever itchy image comes into your mind when you hear the word “wool”, because merino wool is soft and calm to the touch. The cable detailing is so beautifully done, and the collar gives just enough Peter Pan vibes to feel darling.

I think the most charming part about this cardigan is the sizing. It’s just right, in every way. The cardigan isn’t oversized, like my first love from Quince, but it isn’t tight or “fitted” either. Quince nailed the drape, the longer, comfier sleeves, and the relaxed length is in that sweet spot to be worn either closed or left open.

Everything about Quince’s Cable Collared Cardigan is luxurious, from the feel to the fit, and those colors. Ohhh, the colors. It’s available in 4 neutral shades that balances the minimalism aesthetic with the ability to still turn heads. Heather Bone, the color I’m wearing, is probably the most unique, calming ivory tone I’ve ever seen in real life.
The price? You can’t beat it – because Quince famously keeps their prices low without the corporate overheads or unnecessary luxury mark ups. And THIS is why I adore them.

My favorite way to style the Quince cardigan is with baggy jeans and some cute boots. I can’t wear this combo without a messy roll of some kind to the jeans, and since it’s winter I’ve been sticking an extra layer underneath the sweater.

Deep cherry accessories have been my go-to as of late, and this faux leather bag was an absolute steal. It feels buttery soft, is well made, and can hold everything a mom life needs (snacks, sticker books, tissues, more snacks…). It comes in more colors and I have my eye on the coffee brown… another item, like the cardigan, that is priced unbelievably good!
