The Sleep Edit: Bedding, PJs & My Nightly Routine

10

When the basics of sleep are set up well, evenings feel easier and rest comes more naturally. The focus is on a small set of choices that support comfort and consistency without adding steps or visual noise. Below is how I approach it.

The Room

Start with the environment. Pillows that keep their structure, breathable bedding, and low evening lighting set the foundation. A nightstand limited to essentials, water, a journal, sleep support, a sleep mask, keeps the space functional and calm.

Skincare + Recovery

Night routines work best when they stay efficient. A short lineup focused on hydration and overnight repair, paired with tools like a red light mask or depuffing device, lets products work while you sleep.

Sleepwear

What you wear to bed affects comfort more than expected. Fabrics such as silk, cotton, and soft knits regulate temperature without feeling sloppy. A robe and cozy slippers within reach supports slow starts and early mornings.

Sleep Support

Small, practical tools can improve sleep quality. A weighted eye mask or a red light sleep therapy device supports more consistent rest without complicating the routine.

Small Extras

Keep finishing details minimal. A makeup towel set for nighttime cleansing, a brush within reach, or a hand or nail treatment used while winding down completes the setup without extending the evening. Add a silk heatless curling set for easy overnight curls.
