TAMIW will make you want to dance hard and sway with double single release, ‘Deep ‘n’ Shallow’ and ‘Overcome’ – LOUD WOMEN

TAMIW (pronounced ‘tam-yu’) rocks the indie scene with two new singles, their first releases of 2024. Based in Japan, they play traditional instruments combined with sampling and synths that creates a merging of the past and the present within their work.

‘Deep ‘n’ Shallow’ features Tami Keem’s effortlessly cool melodic rapping over a drum loop that immediately makes you want to start dancing.

‘Overcome’ seems to be from another world of style from the first release, creating a beautiful feeling of slowing drown straight into the music.

Singer Tami Keem describes the singles as

“Two sides of the same coin. These are songs about destruction and regeneration after going through difficult time. We express aggressiveness and naiveté, strongness and gentleness inside of ourselves on both.”
