Helaine Bader
Vice President of Education from Healthywomen
Helaine Bader is a passionate lawyer for public health and Vice President of Education for Healthywomen. She has spent the past 20 years in the areas of health education, communication and advocacy and helped people to understand how they can stay healthy and prevent diseases. Cooperation with basic organizations to tackle health differences and health skills in communities in the USA; And bring multidisciplinary organizations, experts and institutions together to tackle problems through collective actions.
At the beginning of her career, Helaine carried out epidemiological research in the perinatology department of a hospital and worked as a fellow in the Department of Breast Cancer of the National Cancer Institute. Later she led the global communication strategy for an excellence center in drug discovery at Glaxosmithklin. From 2004 to 2010 Helaine worked for Digene (later Qiagen) and led the global representative efforts in cervical cancer. Over the years, she has advised itself with numerous organizations and helped to create and implement culturally appropriate educational and sensitization campaigns in order to satisfy the health differences. Helaine is also a co-author for “new dimensions in women’s health”, which is now in his eighth edition. Helaine has a Bachelor of Arts graduation from the University of Pennsylvania and a master in public health degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
