  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • tsp salt
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 6 cups corn kernels
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Stir together sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
