This Salted Caramel Protein Truffles recipe is the perfect balance of wholesome and indulgent – easy to make, delicious to eat, and packed with flavour, they’re sure to become a new favourite.

They’re soft, chewy, and naturally sweet , with a cosy blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger that makes every mouthful feel like a hug.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups oat flour
  • ½ cup shredded coconut flakes
  • 2 scoops Biogen Complete Whey, Salted Caramel flavour
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1–2 tbsp nut butter
  • ½ cup brown dates, mashed
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of salt
