This past month Artist Coi Leray has shook the Internet not only once, but twice. On the first day of the New Year, viewers were surprised to see Leray and Artist Trippie Redd reconcile and began to continue their relationship.
If you weren’t aware, Leray and Redd started their relationship in 2019, according to All Access Media. This was at the beginning of Leray’s Career and the height of Redd’s Music Career. Their relationship was short lived and they both went their separate ways. Now, in 2025 Leray and Redd reconciled and began their relationship for a second time. They also revealed that they are expecting a bundle of Joy soon. The viewers were excited to see them reunited, but this excitement was short-lived.
This past week Leray took to her Instagram story saying “Nothing worse than being cheated on.” Which led fans to believe that Redd cheated on her recently. It was even more unfortunate that now she is with child while experiencing being cheated on.

This has honestly been a common occurrence we’ve been seeing with young couples. They meet, they like each other, date and soon after announce a pregnancy, the viewers send “Congratulations” messages and excitement, then soon after an announcement of the relationship ending surfaces. It’s usually a few months to a year after the child is born. We saw it with Artist Danielle Bregoli and her child’s father, and Famous Actress Halle Bailey.
Balle and her child’s father, YouTuber DDG went public with their relationship in 2022. In 2023 they announced the birth of their son Halo, and in 2024 DDG announced their separation according to YouTube Channel Mini Bio. Raising a child shows you a lot about your partner, their priorities, and how much they invest into their children and family. You get to see if your partner values the dynamic of a family and the importance of a two parent household.
