Neuron speed: Why new wiring is so important for the treatment of stress and obesity
When I had wires that made me overseed, I didn’t understand why I could sometimes be so reasonable about food, but sometimes I was completely out of control. I even felt guilty because I “knew” what I should eat, but I couldn’t eat that.
Neurosciences have an answer: circuit speed.
The entire behavior is the end of a neuronal circuit, which is a number of activations of neurons. For example, the woman who eats the chocolate rod in the picture above does this because a stimulus penetrated her brain and activated a neural path, who then drove her biochemically to eat it.
The circuit is the problem
If the circuit was coded with low stress during the time, the wire would be homeostatic and self -corrective. It would not activate strong biochemical drives to overeat. Her thinking would be sharp and she would have enough time to find out strategies to avoid excessive food.
As with my Lebellkreis, however, if it had to be encoded in high stress at coding times, it would be allostatic and they can “get out of control”, where this journey “” is “instead of fading.
Although this explanation is sufficient for me to understand why I couldn’t control my food before I deleted my Lebenkreis, a deeper immersion in the neurosciences is reminiscent of a more convincing understanding of why I was completely out of control over my food for 20 years.
Wires that are fast
The wires that change the behavioral reactions for us were encoded in a moment of stress overload when our best intentions disappeared and we did everything we had to do to feel safe and rewarded.
The problem is that these stress wires are usually very simple, which means that they act reflexively to us. This could be health -promoting if the message of the circuit was reasonable. However, most trauma circuits do not encode effective coping methods. When they were coded, we were in the “fighting or flight” mode! We are afraid of annihilation and will eat, drink, say or do what is necessary to find a appearance of security and reward.
Knowledge leads to new strategies
Our current non-drug treatments for obesity are based on the assumption that we have a very tame homeostatic wire when eating. The strategies all reflect. We are told that we are careful what nobody can pull off if one of these lightning -fast cables controls us. You say we write down what we eat. Who has time to write it down (until later) as soon as this wire is activated?
It is time to take obesity that has always been seen as a problem of poor willpower or an emotional problem, into the world of neurosciences. If the wire is the problem and it is so powerful, it makes sense to re -wire this circuit. I was never in peace with food until I deleted my Lebenkreis. Only through new wiring I became sensible with food.
EBT is based on the re -wiring of these circuits. If your circuit was coded in voltage, you should rethink all this “mistake” you have experienced. The problem is not you. It is a wire. As soon as you re -allowed it, all of these other strategies can help. Are you probably not needing weight loss medication and all the energy you used to combat your food? Now you can use it to create more joy in your life and to fulfill your purpose.
That is the point of EBT. Wire your brain in such a way that you can have the freedom that you have always wanted and let more come true of your dreams.
