I am a proud mother of four years and a committed Pilates trainer with a passion for movement, strength and balance – both in the studio and at home. Maternity taught me resilience, patience and the importance of self -care that inspires all my teaching. I love to help others discover the power of Pilates not only to change their bodies, but also their self -confidence and their energy. Regardless of whether I led a class or my little big up, my mission is the same: to support, encourage and enable others to feel their best.
