How Nomzamo Mbatha promotes good wellness habits

You would have to be at a different start level to spend hours with a storm with the award-winning actress, Shaka Ilembe-Executive Producer and Humanitarian Nomzamo Mbatha and not to be inspired to change your eating habits. On her favorite dish …

“Oooh Chiiiiild, don’t put a pasta in front of me [chuckles]. I am generally good in pasta dishes and usually make all of my pasta sauces from scratch. To be honest, I can make every pasta dish -from the easiest to the most complicated Italian pasta dishes. My favorite is a vodka pasta court that has pink that I recorded on one of my travels -but it has no vodka! I am also good in rice dishes – and do a common fish. “

To advise natural remedies …

“I’m not a big meat person. I think it’s tough and I feel difficult. I have read that we have to hear our body reacting to certain foods – that if you feel something lethargic, the body probably doesn’t digest it.”

“I can be disciplined when I choose. I sometimes rest on my laurels in relation to my body and my health because I know that I am blessed with good genes and muscle memories. However, my body is my investment. I have to take care of it.

“I don’t play around with my fluid intake, especially when I am traveling because my skin is suffering a lot. I believe in electrolyte, but every electrolyte brand that is too sweet can miss me (no shadow!). I am a big fan of the electrolyt brand metaries, especially the lemon.
