This dish is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large Dutch oven or large pot, cook smoked sausage over medium-high heat until browned. Remove sausage from the pot and drain excess grease. Add ground beef to the pot and cook until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.

Add smoked sausage, crumbled bacon, chili beans, mixed vegetables, beef broth, chili seasoning, diced tomatoes, rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, corn, and diced potatoes. Stir and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley.
