Bezel Settings: The Complete Guide to Bezel Engagement Rings

HAND-ENGRAVED BEZELS

Hand-engraving is kind of our thing, from our signature cosmic moons, stars, and constellations, to nature-inspired florals, Art Deco patterns, tiny geometric details, completely custom motifs—you name it, we’ve probably engraved it.

The engraving can be a tiny detail along the edge or cover the entire bezel, adding texture and another layer of detail around the stone.

BEZELS + HALOS

Why choose between a juicy rim of gold and a halo when you can have both? Bezel the center stone, then pile on diamonds, sapphires, or a mix of the two around the outside. It’s layers on layers—glowing gold, flashes of color, sparkle spilling out around the edges.

ASYMMETRICAL + SCULPTURAL BEZELS

Some stones make perfectly symmetrical bezels easy. Others show up with five sides, one point, an unexpected curve, or a shape that doesn’t really have a name. We love them all.

A custom bezel can trace the geometry of a hexagon, wrap around the points of a kite, or follow every irregular edge of a unique gemstone. When the stone is already doing something interesting, we’d rather build around all those quirks than tidy them away.
