The Cords’ ‘Fabulist’ is a sweet pop anthem with a side of truth bombs – LOUD WOMEN

78

Glasgow’s The Cords have unleashed ‘Fabulist’, a fizzy, infectious indie-pop anthem that races by so fast, you might miss the fact it’s roasting people who lie for a living. With loud guitars, punchy drums, and melodies that stick like glue, this track is the sound of two sisters – Eva and Grace Tedeschi – having the time of their lives, while calling out anyone who’s ever pulled a fast one.

It’s sweet, it’s cheeky, and it’s catchy as hell. If this is what their debut album sounds like, I for one can’t wait.
