Hello, and happy Friday!

Crab Benedicts and breakfast potatoes Crab Benedicts and breakfast potatoes

It’s the first day of summer! And my big daddio’s birthday, if he was still with us. It’s been two years since he passed away and I am so happy I have so many photos and videos to remember him by.

A few New Year’s Days ago, I documented his process of making his famous breakfast potatoes with our crab and avocado eggs benedicts, and I’m so glad I did! Whenever I make them, and I make them often, I always think of that day and the two of us making them side by side. I’ll be making them this weekend to celebrate what would be his 86th birthday, and I hope you’ll give them a try too. Miss you D!!! ❤️

You had me at Brad Pitt, (opens next weekend!)

Have you heard of The Spoon Theory? Me neither, but I’m ready to.

Summer…time to declutter and let all the crap go. But it’s so good you don’t want to just give it away. To the rescue: How to resell your old stuff online.

Say hello to your inner Jackson Pollack! Online classes to learn how to make abstract art. Fun!

Easy dinners just got simpler with this burger bowl.

Christina Tosi is such a baking queen, and this spin on one of her famous cakes lives up to the hype.

I am LOVING the retro vibe of this cherried-out pound cake.

Oh my, this fish dinner looks perfectly bronzed and ready to eat.

Protein pancakes for a crowd, and there’s no protein powder involved.

Hibiscus tea. Bring on the color!

Hawaiian hot dogs because pork and pineapple and jammy onions are heaven in a bun.

This pickle girl is definitely ready plop a chip into this pickle dip.

I would make these pillowy cottage cheese gnudi then dress them in my fave simple tomato sauce.

Beef with pickled peppers! Imagine the pucker!

I’ve never made Greek stuffed grape leaves but this easy recipe makes me want to!

Pin this American flag cake now to make for the 4th of July later!

I would live here in an instant. Goats!

3 kitchen tile trends on their way out and what to do instead.

7 fast-growing flowers you can still plant now.

We will be moving my Smudge back to college in August, so I bought these moving bags to make it easier to haul than boxes.

If you have a dog, and you have a fence, they need one of these.

And if you have a cat, this is for them. Meow!

That’s it for this week! Wishing you a very fun weekend and summer ahead!
