The intermediate length is anything but mediocre, not only is it much easier to maintain, it’s also being touted as one of the biggest hair trends for 2025. “Mid-length cuts don’t have to feel like a long, full-length bob,” says Jordan Jones, stylist and color technician at Taylor Taylor London. “This year we are shown that they can create their own style with layers and careful shaping to create volume and movement or shine and sophistication. If your bob has grown out and your hair has reached the stage of awkward length, or if you have long locks and want variety without being too very short, a trendy medium-length style is the right cut for you.”
