How to Make Smoked Sausage Balls

This easy appetizer is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Place smoked sausage links in the bowl of a food processor and process until finely chopped. Place smoked sausage in the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the dough hook. Add pork sausage, Bisquick, cream cheese, and shredded cheese to the bowl. Mix on low speed until well combined.

Use a cookie scoop, scoop the sausage mixture into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
