Four-legged cat cow x 5-10

Quadruped opponent raise x 5-10 RL

Rock the quadruped forward to knock the dog down x 5-10

Hold a deep squat and breathe for 5-10 breaths

Deep squat skirts x 5-10 RL

Deep Squat T Spinal Rotations x 5-10 RL
