The World Health Expo (WHX) will return to Johannesburg from 6–8 October 2026 at the Gallagher Convention Centre. The event, formerly known as Africa Health, is expected to bring together more than 10,000 professional visits, over 600 exhibitors and participants from more than 60 countries with 13 country pavilions in a 11,500 sqm space. This year’s edition will feature dedicated zones, such as a Laboratory Zone focused on diagnostic innovation, alongside three leadership forums covering healthcare infrastructure, patient safety and laboratory science.
