Vintage Home Finds Vol.7 – The Stripe

Carly (The Stripe’s Creative Projects Manager) has an incredible knack for sourcing gorgeous, well-priced items for the home. After ten editions of Amazon Home Finds, we’ve decided to shift to share some vintage and small business finds. I continue to be blown away by her discoveries. If you missed it, you can read volumes one, two, three, four, five, and six right this way!
Vintage Home Finds, Vol.7
Well, folks, she’s done it again. I get so excited to edit this post as it’s incredibly fun to see what Carly finds each month. This month’s finds are things I never knew I needed. Shell charcuterie picks? Never thought about them, but now it feels like a bowl of olives or a martini bar would be incomplete without them. I also love this brass bowl. It would look incredible on my coffee table, or even as a bread “basket” for a dinner party. But also: this adorable snail salt cellar, a gorgeous abalone ice bucket (it would match my pitcher!), the coolest green candlesticks from the 50s! Want. Everything.
from carly:
If I had endless income, these vintage sellers would be in serious danger. With each roundup, I practice a great deal of self-restraint. It’s good to know that I can, but I always think about how nice it would be to go one step further than just adding to cart (extremely overzealous . . . I know). I’ve had so many picks saved since my last post, and am already incredibly excited to share my picks for next month! Without jumping too far ahead, I need to shine some light on this month’s favorites, including this Italian brass pendant, this MCM desk lamp, and this mohair area rug. Grace and I might have to play a round of “rock, paper, scissors” for the brass cachepot bowl and the shell picks.
