Vintage Home Finds, Vol. 5

Carly has an incredible knack for sourcing gorgeous, well-priced items for the home. After ten editions of Amazon Home Finds, we’ve decided to shift to share some vintage and small business finds. I continue to be blown away by her discoveries. If you missed it, you can read volumes one, two, three, and four right this way!
Vintage Home Finds, Vol. 5
Another breathtaking round-up of home finds; this month (for me, Grace), it is all about this stunning 1960s resin wall mirror. Are you kidding me!? It’s amazing. The perfect shade of green, and I love that it has a history. Whoever (maybe it had multiple owners!) had it first must have been incredibly chic. I also cannot resist this cute cat-shaped piggy bank (Carly knows me so well!) and these striped crystal glasses.
From Carly:
This month’s round-up is full of mostly splurge-worthy pieces, but I’ve found that quality antiques and secondhand items are always worth the investment! I’m a big fan of lighting, so naturally, I went gaga for this sweet rattan lamp and this pair of lamps by Ron Rezek. I’ve also really been enjoying hunting down funky decor that serves an alternate purpose (like this fruit-shaped lighter) or is just there to impress your guests (like this outdoor cocktail table). To me, a perfect home has a balance of furnishings that are 85% aesthetically pleasing and 15% functional, although my partner begs to differ.
