The Most January of Jumpers: HUSH Sale
[unpaid/affiliate] So many brands are going into sale early – my guess is that this is Hush’s pre-sale sale and more will follow, but who knows? However, I do know that after the sparkly rush up to Christmas and New Year’s Eve, January leaves us with the wardrobe blues – nothing feels quite right and you can’t be bothered anyway. I’ve pulled out three sale items from HUSH that are perfect for dressing dilemmas when the fun is behind you and February looms.
I truly love this – it reflects the season with some humour and fun and HUSH sweatshirts are the best – they’re roomy, wash perfectly and obviously go with anything from pyjamas to slinky sequin trousers. It’s available in XXS to XL and it was £70 but is now £42 HERE. It’s in my basket.
Nothing says ‘I’m ready for a country walk’ than this chunky sweater in fairisle. Whether you are or not is another matter entirely but I can easily see this as the pull-on fail safe when you can’t think of anything else to wear. Jeans, faux leather trousers, a waxed skirt – whatever you feel like will go with this and make you hope for snowfall so you can stylishly build a snowman (photos please or it didn’t happen). It was £120 and is now £75 HERE. It’s 25% wool but machine washable at 30 degrees.
When in doubt, shine it up! This oversize, super cosy, silver metallic puffer is a more than satisfactory accessory for a grey day. There’s nothing gloomy about it at all and the fact that it goes over your bum – unlike most puffers that leave that area to fend off the frost for itself – is extra January thinking. It was £140 but is now £90 HERE.
