Tabayer Men’s Collection Brings Oera to New Audiences

The curved, knot-like form of Tabayer’s Oera design has amassed many fans, and now the brand is opening it up to a new clientele—men.
In its latest men’s collection, Tabayer expands on Oera with a range of styles that may have been created with attributes typical of men’s jewelry but are easily gender-fluid. The sleek circular design, which was inspired by an ancient Mesopotamian symbol of protection and fertility, sees new detail this time around, with pieces like the ribbed bangle (pictured at top) and a ring set with an emerald.
“Men’s jewelry is definitely here to stay—it’s not just a passing trend,” says Tabayer CEO Maxim de Turckheim. “What’s exciting is that guys are starting to view jewelry as a way to express themselves in a deeper way. It’s not just about wearing a watch or a tie clip anymore. Men want pieces that reflect who they are, their values, and their style. Jewelry is no longer just an accessory—it’s a statement.
“At Tabayer, we’ve always believed in blending artistry with meaning, and this shift toward meaningful, symbolic designs is exactly what we’re passionate about. Guys are becoming more adventurous and seeking pieces that feel personal and powerful—something that resonates with their identity.”
Tabayer’s Oera men’s collection exclusively uses Fairmined gold, for which the brand was named an ambassador last fall.

“Looking back, the rise of men’s jewelry really took off thanks to cultural icons pushing the boundaries,” de Turckheim says. “Think about people like Tyler, the Creator or Timothée Chalamet—they’ve really reshaped how men wear jewelry, especially diamonds. They’ve shown that it’s about more than just looking good, it’s about expressing who you are, with pieces that have meaning.
“This shift in how men think about style has opened up the opportunity for brands like ours to offer pieces that are luxurious but also carry deeper significance. Men want to wear something that speaks to them, something with true value and craftsmanship, and that’s exactly what we aim to deliver.”
