Sarah Creal The Adults Are Talking Solid Serum Lip Repair Review

[unpaid/purchase] I’ve flagged super-smart Sarah Creal a couple of times already on this site and it’s not yet available here. So, Max’s other job in NYC was to get me the Sarah Creal The Adults Are Talking Solid Serum Lip Repair in shade Energetic.

I couldn’t wait for his next visit so I made him post it to me! I don’t think I’ve been this excited about a product for a very long time – I LOVE it. It’s all the things I wanted it to be. Sarah Creal is ex-ELC and ex-Victoria Beckham (just think about those glorious, melty kohls and know who was behind those!) whose new, self-named brand, has launched in the US. It’s aimed at women 40+ – something I don’t really approve of because really, you should wear whatever makes you feel happy, but it’s marketed in such a way that I feel its grownup-ness and that it is genuinely speaking to me.

I mean, look – I always photograph things in pristine condition but I just couldn’t wait! The shade, Energetic, is a kind of peachy rose, but it’s an enhanced neutral that will suit everyone. On the lips, it feels dewy and juicy but doesn’t shine as hard as gloss. My lips just look happy.

My arms always look so dry after a weekend in the garden – sorry! So, you can see that the pigment is enough to be present but not so much that it dominates the sheen.

I love the succulence that it creates – very confidence boosting – and such an easy wear. There are so many things I want to review from this brand – Back Of The Cab tubing mascara, Face Flex Concealer, the illuminating SPF and Speak For Yourself lipsticks. The photography (if you go to the website HERE – do go – it’s worth a click) is all women over 40 and of course, they look stunning because age does, as the rest of beauty world would have you think, not rob you of beauty. It’s almost a celebration of being allowed to look beautiful. I love it. I can imagine that stores in the UK are fighting to stock it and I will alert you as soon as I hear anything. Meanwhile, if you are Stateside, which a good proportion of my readers are, I am jealous!
