[RECIPE] Quinoa & Whey Power Protein Breakfast Bowl

Fuel your day with the ancient power of quinoa and the modern muscle of whey protein with this Quinoa & Whey Power Protein Breakfast Bowl recipe.

This vibrant, nutrient-packed bowl delivers sustained energy and keeps you feeling strong until lunchtime.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 scoop Biogen Iso Whey Premium Protein, Vanilla Blast flavour
  • ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt.
  • ½  cup blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts
  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • ¼ cup almond milk

Biogen Iso Whey Premium Protein is a protein shake with a Tri-Matrix Protein blend of whey protein hydrolysate, isolate and concentrate, providing high levels of EAAs and BCAAs.

Instructions

  1. Cook the quinoa according to the package directions.
  2. In a bowl, combine the whey protein powder and Greek yoghurt. If the mixture is too thick, add the almond milk, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Place the cooked quinoa in a bowl. Top with the whey protein and yoghurt mixture, then add the berries, chia seeds, and chopped nuts.
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
