[RECIPE] Protein Oat Bowl Scramble

This Protein Oat Bowl Scramble recipe is a great way to fuel up for the day ahead with creamy oats, ripe banana, and protein powder for a hearty and satisfying meal.

You can customise it with your favourite toppings, like fresh fruit, yoghurt, or nut butter to change it up.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • Dash of milk
  • 1 scoop Biogen Complete Whey Protein Powder (flavour of choice)
  • 1 tsp flax flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats 
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana with a dash of milk. Add the protein powder, flax flour, and oats. Stir everything together until well combined.
