[RECIPE] Protein Oat Bowl Scramble
This Protein Oat Bowl Scramble recipe is a great way to fuel up for the day ahead with creamy oats, ripe banana, and protein powder for a hearty and satisfying meal.
You can customise it with your favourite toppings, like fresh fruit, yoghurt, or nut butter to change it up.
Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana
- Dash of milk
- 1 scoop Biogen Complete Whey Protein Powder (flavour of choice)
- 1 tsp flax flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- Pinch of salt

Method
- In a bowl, mash the ripe banana with a dash of milk. Add the protein powder, flax flour, and oats. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Heat a pan with a little oil or non-stick spray. Pour in the oat mixture and press it down slightly. Fry for a few minutes, then scramble the oats as they cook, turning them until browned and cooked through.
- Once the oats are golden and crispy, transfer to a bowl. Top with fresh fruit, a dollop of yoghurt, nut butter, and a drizzle of honey, if desired.
