This Creamy Casein Protein Night Time Pudding recipe is a thick, satisfying pudding, ideal for a dessert treat before bed to sustain your recovery and muscle repair into the night.

Ingredients for the pudding

  • 1 scoop Biogen Night Time Slow Release Casein Protein Formulation, Chocolate flavour
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  • Nuts
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips
