My Home Gym Setup – The Stripe

It has been a minute since I’ve shared my home gym set-up! Right now, I’m seeing my trainer 2x a week, taking the occasional group class, and doing the rest of my workouts at home (I like the Peloton app for those and do a mix of running/walking, tread boot camp, and core strength. The yoga classes are great, too!). Today, I’m sharing the details of my home setup. I don’t have a lot of space (though it feels like a lot because no way could I have fit a treadmill in any of my old apartments!), but I make it work. My home gym is also my library room, coat closet, and reading nook.

Below are all of my favorite at-home fitness things, and why I love them. It’s worth noting that I’ll often walk at 3.0 and stack this laptop stand on this treadmill tray. It makes for the perfect walking desk. That took me a little while to figure out as I am too tall to use just the tray; I needed a little lift for my laptop. Also, I love my foldable yoga mat.
