Leighton Denny Nail Rebirth Capsules Review
[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I got this little pot of individual nail oil capsules in a ‘goodie’ bag at some event or other and randomly unearthed them a week or so ago. I really do despair about my nails – I really want to test out the Nails Inc Gel set that I have sitting waiting but don’t feel that my nails are in good enough condition to do it yet. Setting aside for a moment that Leighton Denny Nail Rebirth comes in little capsules, so far so very, very good. I’ve used the oil inside for eight days straight and I can already see that the dryness is being addressed and they’re starting to look a whole lot healthier and smooth. I have some bad ridging on a couple of my nails and they are beginning to seem less obvious which will mean that any polish I use won’t sink into the valleys.

The marketing suggests that neonyca®, which is a celery seed extract, is fuelling the revamp but I think maybe the fact that jojoba oil is the leading ingredient, followed by sweet almond oil, is more pertinent. I mean, honestly, I don’t really care what’s doing the job, only that the job is obviously being done. Checking over reviews of the Leighton Denny (who started his working life as a fork lift truck driver – true!) Nail Rebirth, they’re overwhelmingly positive with the only negatives being that there isn’t enough oil in the capsules to do finger and toe nails which apparently is the claim. My toe nails are fine so I never thought to try to eke a capsule out but it does answer my wonderings about why there is so much oil in each capsule.
I don’t love the smell – it’s sweet and powdery – but do love the results so far and can easily get over myself on any other points, such as why isn’t the oil just in a bottle rather than faffy caps? I’ve found the Leighton Denny Nail Rebirth on offer on Amazon for £15.67 HERE. They’re £18 elsewhere.
