If you are like me and love gourmand fragrances, you simply must try Korres Aegean Bronze. It is positively delicious (but in an adult way, not a teeny-bopper sugary sort of way). It smells like burnt sugar and vanilla in the best possible way. Like Bath & Body Works’ Warm Vanilla Sugar (Ahhhh, the fragrance of my youth) but made a bit more chic and sexy . . . for grownups.
As you spritz it on, you get the most subtle note of citrus. But then almost immediately, the fragrance warms up, with delicious notes of brown sugar, vanilla, and musk (all my favorite things). Maybe a little skin and salted caramel. It is the perfect scent for late summer. A little bit skin-like, but very gourmand.
I love that it’s affordable! Fragrance can get very pricy, but this one is super reasonable—the larger bottle (50ml / 1.7 oz) clocks in at just $62. There’s also a travel-sized roller ball for $20. This is one of my absolute favorite scents right now, and I love that it won’t break the bank!
