It’s the most wonderful tiiiiiiime of the year (again). The 2025 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here! It might be the middle of summer, but I’m already deep into fall-mode, thanks to the NSale. Somehow…this sale always sneaks up on me, but this year, I was ready for it.
Like every past NSALE, I end up finding the hardworking pieces I live in once temps drop: the boots I reach for daily, that jacket I wear on repeat, and denim so good it makes everything else in my closet feel just okay.
This year’s lineup? Honestly? Really good.

13 Fall Finds I’m Loving From the 2025 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
This year’s sale is packed with seriously good deals on fall wardrobe staples, like always and some hidden gems, like WAYF’s bubble hem dress featured above. Think: leather jackets, tall boots, cozy cashmere, and 100% cotton —all majorly marked down before the season even starts. I’ve rounded up all my can’t-miss finds for you below. Yay, Nordstrom! So, without further ado – let’s get into it!
1. AllSaints Orten Suede Bomber Jacket

This AllSaints suede bomber is so, SO luxe. Every year, AllSaints reels me in with their high quality outerwear and this year is no different. In the past, their moto jackets have been my fav and this bomber feels like the updated version of their suede moto jacket, for 2025. AllSaints wins again this year because how did they know I didn’t have a suede bomber yet in my closet? Also, it is super versatile and easy to style, it goes with jeans and skirts alike!

Jacket Fit Notes: This jacket is made from goatskin suede and it is incredibly luxurious feeling and soft. The satin lining is just as good, too. I like how fitted the small is, but I am considering sizing up to a medium so that it will fit layers underneath it come fall.
2. Reiss Simone Cowl Neck Sleeveless Trapeze Top

So, this blouse was at the top of my list and after trying it, on, this might be my all-time favorite top from all of the NSales I’ve covered. It is a really special top that makes a statement but still looks chic AND is comfortable. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Fit Notes: This Reiss top is meant to fit oversized, which I love. I had to try on the size 8 because it was the smallest size they had in store, but I already returned it and already reordered it in one size down, a size 6 because the size 8 was a little too oversized for my liking.
3. Pistola Cindy Quilted Jacket

Ugh, this jacket is SO GOOD. It’s incredibly soft and well-designed. I love the light green cypress color, which will work all year round. It’s a medium weight jacket that is so comfortable. It’s the ultimate ‘throw-on-and-go’ jacket for this fall. It’s the perfect amount of oversize, and easy to throw on over several layers.

Fit Notes: It is 100% cotton, featuring vertically quilted channels for lightweight insulation. It has a corduroy spread collar, a hidden snap-placket, extra large front pockets and dropped shoulders. It runs slightly large.
4. Rails Saratoga Button Front Denim Minidress
If you’ve followed my style journey for a while, you’ll know that I cannot resist a good denim dress. And this one from Rails is reeeeeally good. Plus, I don’t have a black denim dress yet, so that’s my excuse for keeping it. This was the first outfit I tried on this year and everything I’m wearing here ended up being some of my favorites including the AllSaints Bomber and the Steve Madden Knee High Boots (which deserve their own special moment because of how good they are). This whole outfit, plus a pair of tights is pretty much my dream Fall outfit.

Fit Notes: This washed black denim dress is made from 99% cotton, 1% elastane – which mean sit’s soft, with the perfect amount of stretch that doesn’t stretch out in the slightest. Also, these Steve Madden boots are absolutely amazing. I love the rich, warm shade of brown. I don’t have any dark brown knee high boots in my closet, and these are perfect!
5. WAYF’s Gemma Plaid Skirt

This skirt was at the top of my wishlist this year and I was SO excited I found it in my store. It’s giving ‘Little House on the Prairie’ or ‘milkmaid’ vibes but it looks way better in person. I love how the plaid skirt looks with this Rails denim vest (which is also included in the NSALE, and is super flattering and easy to wear).
Fit Notes: This skirt is 100% cotton, ya’ll! But I felt like the skirt runs a little small, so I might return it for a medium.
6. JW Pei Linda Faux Leather Tote
I have been a big fan of JW Pei Handbags for awhile now and I was so glad when Nordstrom started carrying the brand, and even more happy to see them in this year’s NSALE. They have the coolest designs at affordable prices – which is really hard to find these days. I have and love their Orla Woven Faux Suede Clutch, and get compliments on it all the time. I love the Linda handbag because it so roomy, and comes with adjustable drawstring sides to make it extra spacious. Oh, and bonus: it’s water repellant. It measures: 22 3/4″W x 11″H x 5 1/4″D and has an 8 1/2″ shoulder strap drop.
7. Theory Sleeveless Mixed Media Midi Dress
Okay, I might have splurged on this Theory dress but it was too luxe and enticing to ignore when I saw it in store. I mean, the color is gorgeous and it is incredibly flattering while still being comfortable. It pairs perfectly with warm neutrals. I love how it looks with the AllSaints Orten Suede bomber.

8. Open Edit Cowl Neck Asymmetric Satin Midi Dress
Heck, yes! I love this dress. It looks and feels like an AllSaints dress but without the price. I honestly can’t believe the price: $59! I am a big fan of the dramatic styling: the asymmetrical dropped waist and the cowl neck. This was definitely one that I will be keeping. I mean, you can’t go wrong with the price. It’s 100% polyester and it’s 56″ in length (size Small). It runs true to size.
9. WAYF Tate Mixed Media Minidress
Bubble hems are having a moment and I am a BIG fan. I love the rich chocolate brown color that makes it perfect for fall and it looks so good with these Steve Madden knee high boots. Add a pair of tights and voila, you have the perfect go-to fall look. The fabric of this WAYF Tate Mixed Media Minidress feels so high quality. It’s made from a mix of cotton and elastane fabric, so it gives a good amount of stretch. I would size up to a medium because the small was a little too tight for my liking.
10. Avec Les Filles Embroidered Barrel Leg Jeans

Okay, how fun are these jeans?? Shana had high hopes for them, but they fell short for her. I, on the other hand really loved them! The delicate, vintage-inspired embroidery is so special. These jeans make a statement without being terribly overwhelming. I’ve been looking for a pair of floral embroidered jeans for awhile and I think I finally found them.
Fit Notes: These jeans are made from: 96% cotton, 3% viscose and 1% spandex. They have a 28″ inseam; 16″ leg opening; 12 1/4″ front rise; and 16″ back rise. They run true to size.
11. Frame Striped T-Shirt: The Perfect Fitting Tee

Frame got it completely right with this retro striped baby tee. It is the perfect fit without being too tight and the fabric (95% cotton, 5% elastane) has a little stretch in it. I also love the white varsity-inspired collar and the thin stripes. It’s lightweight and breathable and at 21″ in length it works tucked in (without any bulge) or loose.
12. Open Edit Collared Rib Cardigan

I am so impressed with Open Edit this year. This fitted cardigan is exactly what I’ve been looking for and it looks and feels like it could be designer brand. But it’s super affordable and comfortable. It looks and feels high quality, like something from Frame or Rag and Bone but without the price tag.

Fit Notes: This cardigan is made from 46% rayon, 27% polyester, 22% nylon, 3% cashmere and 2% wool. It’s 22″ in length (on a size small). It runs true to size.
13. Open Edit Matte Satin Corset Top

This Open Edit blouse is the perfect date night top. I mean, just look at that delicate lace-trim across the chest. It’s such a romantic yet doable blouse with it’s corset styling, contoured seaming, and rouleau buttons.

Fit Notes: I found this top to run small, I would definitely size up one size. This blouse is 100% polyester and it’s 19 1/2″ in length (for a size Small).
