Vintage Home Finds, Vol. 11

Carly (The Stripe’s Creative Projects Manager) has an incredible knack for sourcing gorgeous, unique, often very well-priced items for the home. I continue to be blown away by her discoveries. If you missed it, you can read volumes one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and ten right this way!
Vintage Home Finds, Vol.11
This round-up had me gasping (and oohing and ahhing) as I clicked through each of Carly’s finds. This popsicle stick lamp belongs in a museum, and are you kidding me with this peppermill? I think these playing card trays are so fun (the good kind of whimsy), and this table lighter set is super cool.
From carly:
A new year always brings a fresh perspective, especially when it comes to home. My wants and needs are constantly shifting, but one thing remains true: I am forever drawn to slightly peculiar homewares. If the fish sculptures and table lighter didn’t already give me away, consider this your confirmation. As I get ready to say goodbye to the apartment I’ve called home for the past two years, I’ve found myself quietly reassessing what I want to carry forward into my next space and what I’m ready to leave behind. I’m craving pieces that feel thoughtful, collected, and just a bit unexpected. And if my guardian angel happens to be listening, I would certainly not object this pair of ochre boucle lounge chairs or this framed needlework art finding their way into my future living room.
