Saturday Treat One Cashmere Sweater Five Ways

[unpaid/affiliate] More awkward photos and reason 8031 that I could never be a model but I am finding my new cashmere from Uniqlo so flippin’ useful that I’ve persuaded Mr BBB to be the influencer’s boyfriend for a moment and take some snaps of how I’m wearing it. Look 1 above is just with jeans. The jumper just skirts my bum and is cut to be slightly oversized so you can just haul it on and head off on the dog walk. Please nobody mention that I’m wearing odd trainers. It’s been that sort of a week!

I’ve got some smart pin-stripe bootlegs from Zara and this jumper and pin combo has been my go-to for work events, worn with medium high boots – the only footwear I get out of my trainers for in the colder months. Chuck a long necklace over and you’re good to go.

With a blazer. Bottom half can be jeans, trousers or suit trousers but it’s a bit of a new thing for me. You need a roomy blazer in order not to look a bit bunched up but I like this easy-to-be-warm-and-smart look. It looks like it’s more effort than it actually is.

With a pleat skirt and boots. I take a lot of persuading into a skirt (this is actually a dress) because I don’t like the way they nip in at the waist (I don’t know why but I much prefer a boxy look) and the jumper just falls into line on that one.

The twist! This sweater comes with a little cashmere triangle – I don’t really know what to do with it and felt it was a little bit too BA cabin crew but once I put it on I thought it was rather sweet. Very nice for a chilly neck. Anyway, all awkwardness over, I can tell you that it comes in navy, green, beige, black, grey and an almost sold out wine shade. It’s reduced in price from £109.90 to £69.90 HERE. PS: These are selling out fast – I managed to find an L in the wine shade yesterday – but honestly all the colours are going work for autumn/winter – there’s a glorious green that’s perfect.
