Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Vibrationsplatte da ich 35 kg an Gewicht verloren habe und meinen Körper etwas straffen wollte sowie mit dem Sport anfangen habe dabei wurde mir dieses Platte empfohlen und ich muss sagen ich bin begeistert die Lieferung ging sehr schnell und alles kam perfekt an. Der Aufbau war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Gerät macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck ist stabil und gut verarbeitet.Die Platte verfügt über 7 verschiedene Trainings Einstellungen. Die Vibrationen sind deutlich zu verspüren und gehen durch den ganzen Körper daher finde ich es hier sehr gut das es auch eine Haltestange gibt zum festhalten, auch das mitgelieferte Zubehör zum Training der Arme und Beine sind super. Toll finde ich auch die bluetooth Funktion mit der man mit Musik trainieren kann aber das Gerät ist leise genug so das es beim fernsehen nicht stört ich gehe meistens drauf während meine Serie im Fernsehen läuft. In der Beigefügten Anleitung stehen Übungsvorschläge zum Training. Ich bereue den Kauf nicht da es mich wirklich fordert und fördert und ich merke wie es meinem Körper gut tut selbst Verspannungen werden gelöst und die schönen Farben dienen der Entspannung ich liebe das Gerät
