In an online post, WABetaInfo added: “This feature works if you are using the latest WhatsApp versions.
“When the beta testers feature is rolled out and you use the latest update, deleted chats on a device will also be automatically deleted from WhatsApp Web / Desktop (and vice versa).”
Although this future feature was discovered in the latest WhatsApp beta files, it is not currently available for testers to try out.
So it will be a while before it hits the stable channel for WhatsApp.
WhatsApp only introduced the popular multi-device function for beta testers in July.
And since the tool is still in its infancy, there are a number of features that WhatsApp users can expect that are missing.
