What to Put on in NYC in Winter

I’m spending Thanksgiving in NYC with my boyfriend and his family. Before I go into town, I’ll be in New Jersey for a few days to visit one of my best friends. I can’t wait to get back to New York. It’s been over two years! The only thing I’m not looking forward to? The weather. It should be freezing! So I spent a whole day coming up with winter outfit ideas.

Whenever I am packing for a trip of a week or more, I try to stick to a color palette. On this trip I chose black and white with splashes of color (specifically green and pink). I also make sure that I can wear pieces more than once during the trip. So you’ll see me remixing pants, blazers, and shoes all week.
