Virgin Media is warning prospects to take motion or their cell phone will cease working

Commenting on the move, Virgin said, “We regularly review our offerings to make sure we’re meeting the needs and usage of our customers.

“After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue our Pay As You Go services and focus on delivering even more extensive monthly pay plans.

“You have at least 3 months to switch to Pay Monthly or claim your PAC after we have notified you.”

If you don’t want to wait to hear from Virgin when your PAYG Sim has stopped working, you can call 789 to discuss.

Virgin Media, which has just merged with O2, added that their “friends at O2 have a great pay-as-you-go service”.

Virgin continued, “Don’t forget to use your balance before our Pay-As-You-Go service ends or request a refund for any remaining balance.”
