Time to surrender Freeview and Virgin? You solely have HOURS to get Sky TV for simply £ 1

If you want to watch some of the most talked about shows on Sky … but have held back because of the cost of the satellite TV packages, tune in now for £ 1. Yes, really. While prices for Sky Q start at £ 25 a month, satellite TV firm NOW’s (formerly NOW TV) contract-free streaming option has an introductory contract that unlocks some of the biggest on-demand box sets and exclusive channels for one ridiculously low price.

And that’s not all. The new blockbuster deal even includes NOW’s Boost add-on, which upgrades your streaming quality to high definition and lets you watch it on multiple devices at once, so you can catch up on a box set on the train to work in the morning while family members watch Home on TV.

For £ 1, this incredible offer from NOW unlocks access to entertainment membership. These include some of the biggest exclusive channels available on Sky Q, including Sky Atlantic, which shows the most talked-about dramas from the United States such as Mare Of Easstown, Little Big Lies, The Undoing, Game Of Thrones, The Wire, Die Nevers and more. Entertainment membership also includes Sky Max, Sky Showcase, Sky Witness, Sky Comedy, Sky Documentaries, Sky History, Sky Nature, Gold, Sky Crime, Comedy Central, Sky Arts, MTV, Nat Geo and SyFy.

With Sky making the decision to ditch its special younger viewer bundle, entertainment membership also includes a truckload of kids’ channels including Boomerang, Cartoon Network, Nickleodeon, Cartoonito, Nick Jr and Nicktoons.

NOW’s 1 euro deal expires on September 30th. If you sign up before the deadline, you can enjoy box sets and watch live channels in HD for £ 1 all October. If you choose to stay at the end of the month, your plan will revert to the usual price of £ 4.99 per month.

NOW is available on a variety of streaming devices – from Apple TV, Roku, and Fire TV – to video game consoles and preloaded in the app stores with some of the most popular smart TV brands. There are also apps for iPhone, iPad and Android for those who want to watch on the go or stream from a tablet at home. There shouldn’t be a shortage of options … but if you’re struggling to tune in, NOW branded set-top boxes are also available from the supplier.

If you’d rather watch on a Sky Q box, with the added extras of that hardware (including the ability to watch in 4K HDR, record more than six live shows at a time, and check out Sky Sports using the on-screen app) side by side with another show, to name a few) the satellite currently offers the same bundle of channels found in NOW’s entertainment membership, with full access to the Netflix catalog of shows and movies for $ 25 £ per month.

It’s also worth noting that NOW has a number of other offerings to look out for. While none of these are as mind-boggling as the £ 1 plan above, there are some big savings here. Skys NOW has slashed the full package of Sky Sports channels to just £ 25 a month for the next three months. This package typically costs £ 33.99 so there is a decent savings for those looking to get in the mood for the latest sporting events.
