Three stores in England and Wales have additional social distancing and COVID safe measures to protect employees and customers. For those in Scotland, retail stores are expected to reopen on April 26th, when Three plans to start the same business. Unfortunately, the dates for the reopening of non-essential retail stores in Northern Ireland have yet to be confirmed.

Upon arrival, customers are greeted and greeted by a three host. When the store is at full capacity, they enter a virtual queue and receive a text message when it is their turn. So you can browse a nearby store while you wait – without having to queue in front of the store.
