It’s no secret that I’m not a huge fan of makeup. It’s not because I don’t think it’s great. It really does, but my reasoning comes out of sheer laziness. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again: my normal routine is very minimal, even before these quarantine times. That makes preparing for the day a lot easier and gives me more time to sleep. And these days, I hardly ever wear make-up as I was lucky enough to be able to work from home. Aside from an occasional important Zoom meeting that required me to look extra presentable, I can probably guess I’ve touched my makeup products less than 100 times in the past year.
My usual line-up for a makeup look without makeup consists of a little concealer, mascara (after curling my lashes), maybe a dab of blush or lightly dusting bronzer, and a fun lip color. But the product that really makes me succeed is a tinted sunscreen. It’s my secret weapon when it comes to minimal face.
