New Sony large screen TVs for sale include the 75-inch and 85-inch X85J 4K HDR LED, the 75-inch BRAVIA XR X90J full array LED, and the 83-inch BRAVIA XR MASTER series A90J 4K HDR OLED TV.
Some of these TVs, like the A90J, have a new Cognitive Processor XR, which sits behind the screen, which the Japanese tech company believes will enable its tellies to reproduce the way people see and hear.
What that basically means is that this chip can watch closely what is going on on the screen and adjust the image accordingly to get a more lifelike picture.
Many televisions from other manufacturers have similar technology, but according to Sony, while most televisions can individually detect and analyze certain elements such as color and contrast, the Cognitive Processor XR, like our brain, can monitor a number of elements simultaneously.
