If you have one of these speakers, you can find the updates in the Sonos app. It’s also worth noting that if you turn on automatic updates, the changes are made overnight, so you don’t have to touch anything.
To enable this feature, just go to the app and tap on System. Then scroll down to System Updates and tap the Update automatically button.
