The Sky support account has also replied to users who allegedly had issues in other areas tonight.
In response, @SkyHelp wrote on Twitter: “We have not been notified of any major broadband issue at the moment. It could possibly be a local outage in the Openreach managed area.”
When the reported broadband issues appeared on Sky, users took to Twitter to discuss the issues they were facing.
One tweeted: “@SkyHelpTeam internet is down in Crawley, @DowndetectorUK looks like you have problems all over the southeast! What’s up?!”
