Samsung Galaxy A52 and A72 have a shock benefit over the Galaxy S21

The Samsung Galaxy A52 and A72 phones were introduced this week. If you’re looking to upgrade and value for money, these new phones could seriously turn your head. The A52, A52 5G, and A72 models offer flagship-level features at a price that doesn’t break the bank. This trio of new Samsung phones was unveiled at an Unpacked earlier this week, but unfortunately the cheapest handset – the A52 – won’t be heading to the UK for Galaxy fans in Blighty.

That’s the bad news. The good news, however, is that the A52 5G costs £ 399 while the A72 costs a bit more at £ 419.

And you’re getting big bang for your buck: the A72 and A52 offer a 90 Hz refresh rate on the display, and the A52 5G offers a better refresh rate with a 120 Hz display.

This kind of crisp screen quality is usually only found on flagship devices like the S21, with phones mainly boasting a refresh rate of 60Hz a few years ago.

The improved refresh rate brings enormous benefits, such as: B. smoother animations, smoother scrolling and big wins.

These aren’t the only great additions, however: the A52, A52 5G, and A72 are waterproof and dustproof, have two days of battery life, and receive regular security updates for at least four years.

There are plenty of good reasons to choose an A52 5G or A72, and if you’ve been considering upgrading to the S21 but held back, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the new A phones turned your head.

And there’s one other thing that could seal the deal and convince you to buy an A52 5G or A72 instead of an S21.

Earlier this year, when the S21 lineup hit, these Samsung flagships were missing one.

The South Korean tech giant took a sheet of paper from Apple’s book by throwing away those found in chargers and headphones with the S21, S21 +, and S21 Ultra.

Apple cited environmental reasons, while Samsung said it would “help address sustainable consumption issues”.

Samsung said in a statement released in January that it would gradually remove chargers and headphones from future phones.

However, if you want to buy an A52 5G or A72, you will experience a pleasant surprise, as these mid-range handsets contain a charger that is included in the scope of delivery.

As reported by SamMobile, unboxing videos posted on YouTube by Samsung show that the A52 5G comes with a 15W adaptive fast charger while the A72 has a 25W super fast charger.

However, both phones can quickly charge 25W.

The A72 also comes with a Type C to Type C USB cable, while the A52 5G comes with a Type A to Type C USB cable.

However, the new A phones do not come with an included headset.

If you like the sound of the A52 5G or the A72, you can purchase these handsets from the Samsung website right now.
