The Samsung Galaxy A52 and A72 phones were introduced this week. If you’re looking to upgrade and value for money, these new phones could seriously turn your head. And you’re getting big bang for your buck: the A72 and A52 offer a 90 Hz refresh rate on the display, and the A52 5G offers a better refresh rate with a 120 Hz display.
This kind of crisp screen quality is usually only found on flagship devices like the S21, with phones mainly boasting a refresh rate of 60Hz a few years ago.

Earlier this year, when the S21 lineup hit, these Samsung flagships were missing one.
The South Korean tech giant took a sheet of paper from Apple’s book by throwing away those found in chargers and headphones with the S21, S21 +, and S21 Ultra.
Apple cited environmental reasons, while Samsung said it would “help address sustainable consumption issues”.
Samsung said in a statement released in January that it would gradually remove chargers and headphones from future phones.
However, if you want to buy an A52 5G or A72, you will experience a pleasant surprise, as these mid-range handsets contain a charger that is included in the scope of delivery.
As reported by SamMobile, unboxing videos posted on YouTube by Samsung show that the A52 5G comes with a 15W adaptive fast charger while the A72 has a 25W super fast charger.
However, both phones can quickly charge 25W.
The A72 also comes with a Type C to Type C USB cable, while the A52 5G comes with a Type A to Type C USB cable.
However, the new A phones do not come with an included headset.
