It’s no secret that the resale industry is growing by the minute, and now one of the most iconic names in the fashion industry is throwing its hat in the ring. Oscar de la Renta has just launched its own resale platform called Encore by Oscar de la Renta, where you can find beautiful pieces from previous collections that you may have missed the first time.
“Encore by Oscar de la Renta was curated from the archives of customers, collectors and the best vintage boutiques and offers a sustainable alternative that extends the life and uses of exceptional heritage pieces,” the brand said in a statement. Choices include a mix of newer and vintage items, including dresses, jewelry, and more. In addition, sellers can donate the proceeds of the sale to one of the brand’s charitable partners: Habitat for Humanity, Dress for Success, World Central Kitchen, or The Colleagues of Los Angeles.
