Lady Gaga still wore Gucci so appropriately Gucci’s house Press tour to get us excited about her role as Patrizia Reggiani in the upcoming Ridley Scott movie. But sometimes a woman just needs a little Versace in her life, as evidenced by this spectacular lace-up satin corset dress. Gaga chose the look for the Milan premiere, showing off every detail in her usual theatrical poses.

The design came with a thigh-high leg slit and a train, drawing attention to their pointed plateaus in the exact same shade. They were big and towering, but let’s face it, if you know Gaga’s shoe collection you know these are a breeze for the multi-dash fashion icon and platform lover.
