A lot of thoughts went through my head the first time I saw Chloe Bailey’s latest outfit on Instagram. 1) is that a bikini? 2) Is that a tutu set? And of course 3) How does she look SO great ?! The singer, who is half of the Chloe x Halle duo, was spotted wearing a ruffled denim two-piece with the headline “Dimm your light babygirl 💕”.
This is not the first time that the multi-talented singer wears something that takes my breath away. The 23-year-old “Ungodly Hour” singer wore a gauzy fishnet dress straight from Valentino’s catwalk during the BET Awards. She also recently wore an orange set while working on the Space Jam: A New Legacy Party at the Park After Dark Event at Six Flags Magic Mountain.
For her latest outfit, she opted for a denim bandeau top with rows of white ruffles strategically placed along with jeans-inspired bikini bottoms with white rows of ruffles. While I’m not sure where exactly you would wear this, snapping selfies in a mirror is definitely a great place to start.
