Today we say goodbye to Becca Cosmetics! They’re a brand that has had many iconic favorites over the years, but it’s clear that these weren’t enough to keep the lights on in the long run. Here is the official announcement from the brand:

Here at BECCA we are obsessed with our relationship with our fans. You are our whole family – part of this wonderful community that supports us and shares our values. Because of our love for each of you, we are sharing this important news here.
The global pandemic has had an impact on all people around the world on many levels. It has had a huge impact on so many companies too. At BECCA, an accumulation of challenges along with the global impact of COVID-19 has unfortunately been more than our business can take and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to close the BECCA brand in late September 2021.
We believe in you and we believe that the beauty in you is the light that you share with the world. We are confident that the spirit of BECCA will live on through all of you. Please keep enlightening your true self. Light your own path and push yourself to your limits. Share positivity and light the way for others as you influence this world. Own your light on your own terms.
For 20 years – from Perth to New York and around the world – we have built incredible connections with this amazing community, from our consumers, to the makeup artist community, our wonderful network of influencers, to our amazing brand collaborators and brand ambassadors of yesterday and today. We have done significant work with the JED Foundation and Mental Health Mates to support mental wellbeing, and we will continue to do so by getting involved in the Trevor Project next June. Together we put our best light into the world and we are forever grateful.
