eight self-care rituals Everybody, from wellness professionals to trend units, swears by

Last week my husband came in while I was walking into town with a massage roller on my legs. Amazingly, the enema didn’t cause my eyes to roll – all I got was a confused eyebrow lift and an “excuse me.” I think he’s been with me long enough – and walked into me with tons of weird products and tools – to know that I don’t have to ask questions and just have to guide me in my never-ending search for products that make me best feel. I often turn to things like makeup and skin care to find balance and enjoyment during stressful times in my life. Some people may turn to baking or documentaries. Even podcasts! I’m not here to judge just to sniff around to see other people practice self-care during strange times.

It was precisely for this reason that I reached out to THE / THIRTY executive editor and wellness pro Sarah Yang and the very stylish and beauty obsessed content creator Valeria Lipovetsky to share their perspectives on what self care really means to them and what rituals they performed over time last year. It turns out that the new Victoria’s Natural Natural Beauty Body Care collection, inspired by nature and available in four different fragrances and benefits, is the pick-me-up that nobody knew needed. Here are the products to turn to when you need some R&R, from exfoliating to creamy washes.
